Best Ways to Style a Light Brown Leather Jacket?

Hello all of you, I bought light brown leather jacket and and looking for some occasions for which I should style it. What kind of clothing goes well with this color or what colors complement this color? Can I wear it to work or should I also wear it out on a date? However, it will be of great help also for any ideas on how to best coordinate the shoe and accessories with it. Extra credit ideas on how to maintain the leather to retain the new look.
